Cabana Villegas – Argentinian Grill
Argentina is well known for its high-quality & delicious steaks, and a visit to Buenos Aires is not complete without having asado and going to a Parrilla (steak house). On our third day in Bs As went to ‘Puerto Madero’ area, at the riverfront and came across ‘Cabana Villegas’.
This is a very large and elegant restaurant with a nice view to the river. For starters we had sweet cocktails and handmade bread with salads (on the house). For main dish we had a very tasty Ojo de bife (grilled Entrecote) and a flavoursome Lomo with papas fritas (chips).
The prices are a bit high compare to the average parillas in Bs As, But it was still cheap for such an elegant place with a an excellent service! If you want to enjoy a good ol’ Argentinian grill, this is definitely the place we recommend.
